Meet Your Business Mindset Coach

I'm Margaritha, and I bridge two worlds.

I'm Chief Architect at Engineering is Easy, working in aerospace and defence consulting. I hold a PhD in environmental and geospatial modelling, and I've spent over 20 years in climate research, data science, AI, and developer advocacy.

I'm also a certified Proctor Gallagher consultant, teaching the Thinking Into Results framework to professionals who work hard but feel stuck at a particular results-level.

Despite strong technical credentials and consistent effort, I hit a plateau. I was delivering well but not advancing. Working hard but not seeing proportional results. Capable, but somehow not progressing. Through the Thinking Into Results framework, I learned how to identify and change the thinking patterns creating friction, and my results, confidence, and income shifted. 

That's why I founded Living is Easy, and I teach the same systematic approach I used myself: A structured 6-month programme that treats paradigm shifts like any other professional skill you can develop.

This work is practical, evidence-based, and designed for technical professionals who are skeptical of fluff but open to better results.

I still work part-time in tech because it keeps me grounded in the reality my clients face. I'm not teaching from theory or memory–I'm applying these principles while navigating the same pressures, deadlines, and mental load you face. That credibility matters when you're asking people to trust a different approach.
